Foreman level contract position for a multi-family new construction project in the Eagle Rock area of Los Angeles Finish carpentry for multi-family units. Experience in cabinet and countertop installation for multi-family new construction. Ability to read plans (elevations and layouts). Ability to read blueprints and drawings. -Reads, understands and follows the instructions prepared on plans and shop drawings. Follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment. Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite. Ability to take accurate measurements. Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills. Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
