Our top client, with headquarters centrally located in Los Angeles, is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to work in their corporate offices to provide all-around clerical and office management support to their team of managers.

The successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to details and be able to work under deadlines to meet company goals for events and special projects & initiatives.

The general duties and responsibilities include:
* *Managing incoming calls to the department – forwarding. etc*
* *Managing calendars in outlook*
* *Data Entry for special projects*
* *Regularly apply your experience with Word, Excel, & Outlook to create correspondence, drafting of communications, etc*
* *Maintain office supply levels – order re-order supplies for office, break rooms etc.*
* *Assist Managers with day-to-day tasks – scheduling, confirming appointments, etc.*
