Collaborates with the NICU/Pediatrics Clinical Director to provide leadership working to improve the quality of patient care, strengthen the financial performance of the NICU and the Maternal-Child Care, and improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.Required SkillsRequired Skills: Current California RN license CNS/MSN in neonatal care required Five years clinical experience Experience in neonatal intensive care, triaging high-risk delivery stabilization, and transport of critically ill neonates.
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation knowledgeable in the principles of nd CPR Knowledgeable in the principles of adult learningSkills Needed: Demonstrate expertise in neonatal intensive care: assessment, intervention, and management Develop lesson plans and provide staff development and training Ability to promote team-building amount a multidisciplinary treatment team Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal, computer skills Ability to analyze various sources of outcome data
