Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Contract Coordinator to work at our media client’s West Los Angeles, CA location. Position is a 5-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.
Job Title: Contract Coordinator
Pay: $30.50/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collect start paperwork for ATL talent and vendor set-up for Accounts Payable
* Submit WGA weekly worklists for about 10 + shows
* Administer Character Payments for about 10+ shows
* Administer Agency Package Payments for about 8+ shows
* Administer Royalties for about 8 + shows
* Creation of all SAP story numbers for new overalls and development projects
* Weekly Check Tracking for development and overall payments
* Administering payments for all development projects
* Administering payments for literary options; Administration oversight of Vendor set ups for all of these payments on the DSMP
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in business administration and/or contract administration
* Able to come in to the office 3 days a week/ hybrid schedule
* Organized and can develop a process
* Willing and interested in looking up guild agreements/issues.
* SAP experience
* Able to comply with vaccination requirement
