Provides analytical and managerial support forthe RNPH Nursing Education Department and Nursing Administration.
Organizes andprovides support for reporting requirements and special projects related toRNPH’s Joint Commission survey preparation and management of Joint Commissionreadiness, new employee hiring, and onboarding, orientation, and maintenance ofemployee training compliances.
Specific roles include collecting, entering andanalyzing data, as well as supporting the educational and staff developmentrequirements related to all accreditation agencies.
Independently developstables, graphs and reports in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher and othersoftware programs to evaluate organizational performance related to JointCommission required compliances, staff class attendance, and staff satisfactionwith Educational procedures.
Coordinates and assists with the development,maintenance and distribution of departmental and hospital-wide policies andprocedures and ensures compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory and accreditationmandates.
Participates in theannual review and provides recommendations for revision of RNPH Nursing andHospital policies and procedures based on data analysis and expertise.
BachelorDegree in health related field, business or finance – preferred
Minimum of two years relevant experience in a healthcare administration and education setting
Experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments independently.
Demonstrated skill in data entry with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
General knowledge of standard business officepractices, including equipment usage.
