Front Office Coordinator – Looking to hire ASAP!

A growing and stable real estate and property invesment company are urgently looking for a Front Office Coordinator until the end of the year.

Qualified candidates must have:

– At least 6 months front office or Receptionist experience

– Be able to work in a large office setting

– MS Office Suite – Must have intermediate Outlook Scheduling experience

– Exceptional communication skills

– Heavy calendar management

– Problem solver, extremely organized and able to prioritize
– Degree preferred

This role is in the office full time, vaccination is not required but preferred. Local candidates only please
