As a Pension Administration Specialist, you will work alongside an engaging and diverse team to assist our client’s employees in understanding their pension plans so they can meet their retirement goals.

The Pension Administration Specialist works as part of an industry-leading team, where we help empower results for our clients by delivering defined benefit administrative services to multiple clients with innovative and effective solutions.

JOB OVERVIEW Job Responsibilities:Respond to participant/member calls and facilitate requestsConsulting with participants/members on pension plan provisions and payment electionsHandle benefit plan administration and management of special projects associated with defined benefit plans for various clientsReview participant/member data and clean it up if information is missing or inaccurateMaintain client databases and benefit calculation logCoordinate monthly pension payments with trusteeAssist with the testing of the system for new clients according to the plan provisions and administrative requirementsCustomize employee communication materialMaintain current knowledge of client specific plan provisionsBroaden knowledge of defined benefit administration rulesYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseUndergraduate degree or equivalent experienceBasic spreadsheet knowledge preferred but not required (i.e., Excel)Basic database knowledge preferred but not required (i.e., Access)Mathematical aptitudeBilingual language skills preferred but not requiredWe offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
