Overview: The Senior Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to our executive team.
This includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing presentations and expense reports.

Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including management of executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls, make detailed travel arrangements, process executives’ expense reports.Oversees travel program.
Coordinate travel for department if needed.
Maintain travel rewards programs (airlines, hotels, etc.) for executives.Coordinate meetings/travel with other Executive Assistants as needed.Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software.
May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities.
Leads event planning efforts as directed.
This includes meetings, networking events, annual company-wide or regional meetings.Type correspondence and emails from dictation or hand-written notes.
Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc.Maintains and updates organizational charts.May assist in managing daily office operations.
Other duties as assigned.Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office SuiteDiligence and attention to detailMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 poundsStrong organization and communication skills Grow, with us: AssuredPartners is passionate about fueling our clients’ innovation and growth.
