Have FunPosition SummaryThe AOC is the first point of contact for in clinic clients and families.
Responsible for creating the therapy schedules for our kiddos, notifying families of changes to said schedule, coordinating replacements and ensuring staff are scheduled accordingly.
Accountable for ensuring the clinic has all necessary supplies, staff have access to necessary tools and supplies and that the clinic is running smoothly and efficiently.
Provide superb experiences by building and maintaining relationships with clients, families and staff.
Deliver excellent client experience by being efficient, professional, personable, accurate and prompt.
Key Responsibilities Draft and maintain schedules that meet clinical recommendations and labor utilization Manage call-offs and cancellations minimizing reduction in client or staff hours Manage scheduling inbox, update the client activity logNotify families of cancelations within 30 minutes of notice from staff Send session converting email reminder to staff within 24 hours of session end Enter client schedules in CR and update codes and providers as necessary Enter and maintain staff schedules in Kronos8.
Review and approve or reject timesheet change requests9.
Ensure clinic is clean, organized and fully suppliedRequirements Ability to work M-F from 7:00am to 4:00pm Must be incredibly efficient, organized, and focused on the details while managing a complicated process that involves internal and external stakeholders Experience working in scheduling systems to manage resource allocation across large groups Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
