Customer Relations Specialist (M-F 11am-8pm, every other weekend)

Overview: Become a Customer Relations Specialist with Agape Care GroupAs a Customer Relations Specialist, you will an integral part of a team that is responsible for executing call center strategies to support our entire organization, including our patients, families, referral sources and branches.

The Customer Relations Specialist is the core of our centralized operations, who acts as a resource to the entire organization by answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions, in alignment with Agape Care Group’s mission, vision & values.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a happy, energized, self-starter who is dedicated to learning multiply technology platforms, with a strong verbal and written communications skill set, and who fosters a positive and engaging work environment by delivering unparalleled customer service during every interaction Must be technologically savvy with an aptitude for learning and have exceptional customer interaction skills.

This role requires the ability to support a high volume of incoming calls and quickly provide solutions, appropriately triage issues while navigating technology.

The Customer Relations Specialist will process all incoming referrals serve as the information specialist for internal and external customers, and ensures timely follow-up for all calls, referrals or questions.

Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Associate Degree preferredExperience: 1 years of customer service/customer relations experience in a healthcare or call center setting.

Required: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
