- Supervise, mentor and develop Bachelor- and Masters-level clinicians
- Implement and refine an array of evidence-based intensive treatment approaches for OCD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders
- Collaborate with operational and medical leaders as part of guiding and growing the clinic
- Provide clinical expertise in developing additional specialty treatment approaches
- Increase access to a higher level of care in the area by establishing relationships with community providers

Requirements:
- PhD in Psychology or PsyD
- 2 years’ experience.
- Licensure in the State of California.
- Experience in Mood and Anxiety Disorders required.
- Experience in CBT/DBT required.
- Additional experience in other diagnoses preferred.
- Previous administrative or supervisory experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
- Sales/marketing, patient development and/or community relations experience.
