We are seeking a motivated, organized Client Service Associate to support several Financial Advisors of Allegheny Financial Group.
Responsibilities include providing concierge-level service to AFG clients, investment and records administration, and account problem-solving.
This position is part of an experienced and knowledgeable team that consistently exceeds client expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop sound relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the liaison between the client and/or advisor and transactional activities such as opening and funding accounts, facilitating portfolio changes, and money movement.Support and collaborate with financial advisors for daily client meetings and calendar activities.Operate within Salentica Engage (CRM) application.
Utilize eMoney financial planning software to update client portal information and generate reports.Maintain Black Diamond portfolio management and reporting platform, producing periodic and ad hoc reports.
Assist clients with online access to their client portal, investment accounts and market data.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with clients and related professionals of varied ages and backgrounds.Financial services industry experience is a strong preference.FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification preferred, or willing to obtain upon hire.Bachelors Degree (preferably in business or related field with two years experience in a fast-paced office environment such as financial services, legal, or accounting, OR an Associates Degree combined with related experience.Advanced user of MS Office Suite.Proficient in Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Zoom, and DocuSign.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, initiative, and follow-through.Self-motivated and responsible with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt and stay current on software applications, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
