All Care has a full-time position available for a Home Health Aide Recruiter.
This position is Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm out of our Lynn office.Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening and hiring of all Home Health Aide/CNA applicants.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews and screens all paraprofessional applicants including reference and CORI checks.
Refers qualified candidates to the appropriate ManagerFills all open positions in a timely mannerCoordinates and advertises for open positionsCreates and implements new and innovative ideas to recruit competent staffEnsures all recruitment/hiring documentation is completeAssociates degree with a least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in computer skills.
