ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is hiring Doctor’s Assistants to support our team in the Critical Care department!

referral groups in So Cal. We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, & surgery!

Our Client Care Department consists of reception, specialty department coordinators, phone operators, and doctor’s assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients – they are truly the face of ACCESS – and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors.
Schedule: Full-Time, 4x10hour shifts 8am start. Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.
Some responsibilities include:
– Create and present financial estimates and treatment plans
– Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
– Handle financial transactions
– Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
– Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
– Maintain patient records
– Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
Our ideal new team members have:
– Minimum of 2 years in a veterinarian setting
