Overview: Our Client, a regional specialty retail organization with over 60 locations, is seeking candidates for a full-time Supply Chain Analyst role.
This individual will be responsible for supporting our current and future sourcing initiatives, production planning and scheduling, and managing a preferred vendor program.

Responsibilities: Formulates & recommends Request for Proposal (RFP) for finished goods to review with theteam on a weekly basis.Qualifies alternative supply sources on key products and services; Based on risk mitigation, costout opportunities, etc.Partners with product operations for New Product Induction and develop sourcing strategies.Monitors supplier quality and collaborates on improvement initiatives.Executes Preferred Vendor Program under the guidance of Sourcing Leadership.Supports internal Quarterly Vendor Reviews to ensure supplier challenges are addressedincluding corrective action plans, alternate sourcing strategies, and contract adherence.Performs external Quarterly Business Reviews with preferred vendors; Providingperformance feedback regarding quality, service, and cost while having clear and actionableinitiatives to improve all three areas.Creates tools & upkeep to ensure real time data, run all reporting & establish KPI metrics forsupply chain
– in partnership with the team.Analyze quarterly ordering from franchise partners & address any concerns to the team.Partner with team to support inquiries from business owners on quality concerns, orders etc.
Qualifications: RequiredBachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field2 years of product sourcing and supply chain experience is required; Additional workexperience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degreeMicrosoft Office suite; with advanced knowledge of ExcelStrong analytical thinking and problem solving capability PreferredBackground in cosmetics/beauty supply industriesDemonstrated experience in supporting complex supply chain projects (i.e.
RFPs, sourcinginitiatives, etc.)Shopify experience Procurement software experience
