You communicate effectively through written and spoken word, as well as through images and infographics. You are comfortable participating in client-facing engagements, such as interviews, focus groups, workshops, and presentations. You take initiative to learn about new skills and ideas and will strive for mastery across all aspects of the strategy process. You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, and can juggle multiple projects with the support of teammates and managers. You anticipate the needs of clients, teammates, and deliverables, and you know when to take action and when to ask questions. Minimum Requirements + BA/BS in a field related to strategy development and/or design (AA/AS plus two years of relevant experience or HS/GED plus four years of relevant experience acceptable). This may include, but is not limited to, design, interior design, architecture, engineering, planning, real estate, economic development, business, communication, sociology, anthropology, and organizational behavior. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with space planning and programming, design strategy, and/or conceptual design + Demonstrated research and analysis abilities (quantitative and/or qualitative) + Graphic design and visual communication know-how, especially in producing infographics or conceptual illustrations + Strong writing skills, including written samples from outside the classroom + Experience with public speaking and/or workshop facilitation + Familiarity with change management, process design, and/or organizational development + Microsoft Office Suite + Microsoft Teams + Data analysis using Microsoft Excel + Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) + Virtual collaboration platforms, such as Miro and Mural + Space and building design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Studio Max + Data analytics and visualization programs, such as PowerBI and Tableau Additional Information: + Relocation is not available for this position. + Sponsorship is not available for this position. + AECOM encourages but does not require, its employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
