Position Description: As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:Monitor and analyze freight bills, payments, and all data collected from external and internal sourcesMaintain records of carrier pricing and contract ratesResearch and help resolve overcharge issues and discrepanciesSupport warehouse leaders in tracking all outbound freight shipments for real-time data trackingGain a deep understanding of warehouse and outbound freight processes and proceduresDevelop reliable systems and reports for tracking outbound intercompany shipmentsBuild relationships with freight carriers in the interest of ensuring transparent communication and expectations Position Requirements: This position requires the following skills and attributes:Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with team members and managers effectivelyDisplay an analytical and technical hands-on approach to solving issuesSolid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft OfficePerform multiple tasks and projects concurrentlyExecute exemplary project management and time management skillsTeam player who also works well independentlyAs a healthcare company, it is of the utmost importance to keep our teams safe and healthy in this ever-changing COVID-19 environment.
