Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities: Work as part of regional support team to provide assistance to regional leaders and business development staff in an effort to optimize their activities and performance in our seven offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Key Functions: Independently identify prospective Business Development opportunities through targeted industry research and trends to increase regional salesManage CRM system in order to coordinate and track Business Development prospects and targetsUsing thorough data analytics, aggregate and evaluate business prospect information in order to qualify optimal prospectsSynthesize data to propose meaningful, insightful, and actionable business recommendations to business partnersBusiness Development event and meeting facilitation, coordination, and follow-upFacilitation of sales meeting, reports, and tasksSpecial projects, event support, and other duties as assignedMinimal travel based on business needs Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a huge plus – or demonstrable experiencing managing with data entry, reports and other administrative tasks within a comparable CRM (Salesforce, Cosential, SugarCRM, Deltek Vision, etc).Experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries a plus; or similar professional services (legal, accounting, finance) preferred but not required.Desire to bring structure to an environment vs.
