Litigation attorney needed in Pasadena business litigation boutique. Cases are primarily sophisticated business and intellectual property disputes. Prerequisites include: demonstrated excellence in research and analytical skills; solid knowledge and experience in both state and federal court with respect to discovery and law‐and‐motion (including summary judgment). Minimum three years’ experience required. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new law practice management technology and software. Knowledge of e‐discovery a plus.
