Review policy change requests and other account activity.
Use each client contact as opportunity for coverage reviewRecommend loss control programsRetain 96% of accounts annuallyAchieve sales objectives as identified in annual Client Advisor sales planIdentify and develop insurance prospects and appropriate markets Contact and qualify prospective clients for the purpose of examining current coverage and determining insurance needsDevelop and deliver formal proposals of insurance including details of coverage, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent informationRespond to referrals quickly and effectivelyCreate and maintain client or prospect listsDeliver insurance proposals, make sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new or renewal businessEducate clients concerning agency payment expectations and cancellation proceduresExplain coverage and exclusions; document explanations in AMSMaintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as requiredDevelop long-term relationships with clients and underwritersPromote agency and insurance industry in the communityKeep informed regarding industry information and marketplace changes to continuously improve knowledge and performanceDevelop positive working relationships with clients and company personnelWork as a team with other staff members to achieve production and agency goals Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by agency managementQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
