Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and other community organizations.
-Travel locally meeting with professional referral sources.
-Coordinate senior-focused networking meetings and events.

Experience and Abilities
-Ability to relate well with health care professionals and family members of clients.
-Good verbal, written communication and organizing skills.
-Computer literate.

Licensing / Certification Requirements
-Driving is required. Must provide own vehicle, a valid California driver license and proof of full coverage insurance.
-Covid vaccination and booster.
-Negative tuberculosis screen (required).
-Must pass live scan background check.

Schedule
-Monday – Friday
-Weekend availability
