We are in no way expecting you to already know how to do the following things we’ll train youAccount Managers are the driving force behind the day-to-day activities required to make recruiting a competitive advantage for our clients.
Your job will include a range of activities, from coordinating with our strategy consultants, implementing job ads, creating job screening questions, ensuring that jobs are going to the right places online, setting up screening processes, etc.
You will also help us proactively monitor our clients to ensure that we aren’t caught off guard with a problem.
Finally, you will work with the other account managers to respond to any customer questions or concerns that might crop up, either solving the issue & making notes or scheduling a call with the client’s assigned consultant for a call.This position is a bit different than what you might have seen before, so here is a bit more detailWhat we do:We act as an extension of our client’s team in helping them find great people for their jobs.
We aren’t just doing busy work though, we are actually helping them execute our proven recruiting strategy.
It includes the following 3 systemsTargeted Message System: We create amazing job ads, social posts, & emails to sell the job to potential job seekersAd Distribution System: We use our tools & systems to get our client’s job ads out there everywhere that job seekers hang out from job boards to social media and especially using their employees as the sharers of jobs online.Rapid Vetting System: Once you set our systems up properly, they will do the heavy lifting of bringing the best candidates to the top of the listWho we work with:

– home health
– developmentally disabled assistance
– assisted living & nursing homes
– restaurants, retail, hotels, & resorts
– sports stadiums
– and various other types of employersHow you will help:As an account manager, you will be the boots on the ground to execute these 3 systems throughout the 4 stages of Recruiting success.Jump Start: This might seem like a bit of busywork but getting an account launched properly will make or break the long-term success.
You’ll help facilitate this by coordinating the setup & job posting process.
While our team of expert writers will help get the ads dialed in, you will need to ensure that they are loaded into our system, with awesome job questions & screening workflows, so that applicants coming in will be properly vetted and passed to the clients.Ramp Up: With setup complete you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring that our clients are blown away by the first 90-days working with us.
This will include pushing to job boards, ensuring that the job boards are set up properly, working to update employer profiles online, helping launch employee referral programs, and much more.Full Speed Ahead: After 90 days, the Hiring Consultant (sales rep) will hand the client off to a Success Strategy Consultant (success rep), but you will continue to work with the clients & reps to keep the results pouring in for the client.Continual Progression: The competition never stops, so neither do we.
Each month you will work with the Strategy Consultant to review the accounts, evaluate what’s working and what isn’t, make adjustments to the client’s setup, with the goal to continually improve & expand their hiring results.This seems like a lot but don’t worry.

Our expert team will help train you and get you up to speed in no time.JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR ACCOUNT MANAGERSThis is a newer job for us, so your job responsibilities will evolve over time as this team grows from a handful of people to a large team of account managers helping hundreds of clients in the next few years.
Because of this we aren’t looking for specific job requirements as much as we are looking for people who have a base comfort level with the Internet & computers, have worked in an office environment, and are able to grow and evolve as the position does.We look for:
– above average comfort with a computer & the use of the internet in a work environment typing, data entry, email, searching, etc.
– attention to detail specifically the ability to figure out what details need the most attention and which ones are less important.
– able to work well with a team while most of your day will be working on projects on your own, coordinating with the other people on a specific account is vital.
– the ability to evolve and respond to a bit of chaos while our company has been around for 16 years, this area is brand new for us and will therefore be a bit undefined to start.
– great problem-solving skills specifically the ability to ask good questions, do research, try different options, and figure out what works
– a bias towards action having the habit of jumping right in and making progress when a project or problem presents itself.
– a curious mind someone who loves to figure out how things work and what drives success
– openness to change this one is important as this entire business unit will evolve over the next 12 to 24 months.
