Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and retention Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings (online) with prospective clients Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare checkout links, quotes, and other sales material for clients Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Maintaining the CRM database (HubSpot) Mining the CRM database for potential clients in the correct lifecycle stage for conversion Meeting customer retention targets Requirements: Proven working experience Ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment Experience in customer support is a plus Experience in E-commerce/Packaging is a plus Proficiency in MS Office HubSpot expert preferred (automation, workflow creation etc.) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation
