BLINCYTO launched in 2014 and has served over 10,000 patients worldwide.

Traditionally, the mainstay of ALL therapy has been chemotherapy and/or transplant.

However, many patients are refractory to or relapse following chemotherapy.

BLINCYTO has demonstrated superior efficacy and tolerability in both MRD and relapsed/refractory patients.

At the same time, BLINCYTO faces an increasingly competitive market, with new and innovative therapeutics, including the launches of CAR-T cell therapies.

This position is an exciting and critical role for a top-talent individual within the US Oncology Business Unit at Amgen.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Commercial Director, BLINCYTO US HCP Marketing & Promotions and will be a key member of the BLINCYTO US Brand Team.

This role will impart excellent teamwork, communication skills, a passion for patients, and a commitment to executional excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: In partnership with peers, implement our peer-to-peer marketing strategy and tactics to effectively and meaningfully educate and engage with our customers through live and digital formats (includes but not limited to leading congresses and speaker programs) Lead the planning, development, and generation of OL engagements in support of the brand strategy and goals to inform dynamic brand planning process Serve as a brand ambassador to lead innovative pilot programs forward (eg, external company collaborations) Leads label updates and acts as promotional tools manager for the brand team Leads all aspects of individual project budgets and consistently delivers on budget by providing accurate LE estimates/accruals and managing budget variances Partner with multiple functions, teams, and vendors (eg, commercial counterparts, Legal, Reg, Medical, Sales, IT, Marketing Ops, etc) on all initiatives to increase output for customers Live and role model the Amgen Values and contribute to a welcoming, engaging, and fun environment of industry-leading performance within the Brand Team and cross-functional partners WIN WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The Marketing professional we seek is a Manager with these qualifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Doctorate degree Or Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization Or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization Or Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or general management 4 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas: marketing; project management & planning; sales; analytics Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills Strong organizational skills – to set targets, track to achievements and complete projects Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results and ensure flawless completion Ability to drive influence across collaborators to set direction and align work efforts Marketing savvy with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs and desires Experience developing and implementing HCP facing marketing tactics Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions Creative and innovative, while also possessing analytical problem-solving skills Experience working with creative agencies Ability to exercise strong decision-making skills and live up to the highest ethical standards Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization Proactive, goal-achieving self-starter motivated by an exciting task THRIVE SOME OF THE VAST REWARDS OF WORKING HERE As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
