Regents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 11 HumanGood life plan communities named among the ” Best Nursing Homes of 2021-2022″ by US News & World Report, is hiring a commission-eligible Sales Assistant. ** $19-$25/hour (DOE) + Commission ** $250 Sign-on Bonus! ** The Sales Assistant provides administrative support services to the sales department including entering contract data, reports, resident data and correspondence with prospective residents. Additional key duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Scheduling appointments and tours with prospective residents and their guests/family members. Updating weekly Apartment Availability Report and other inventory or resident statistical data as may be required. Coordinating apartment renovations; prioritizing work orders and outside contractors as required Providing new residents with a “Move-in Guide,” a valuable resource for new residents to use as they prepare for their move (may include moving truck rentals/vendors, packing boxes and materials, transferring monthly services such as utilities, phone etc.). Coordinating additional help during move including parking for the moving truck, padding for elevator and any other assistance needed to facilitate move-in. Working with the residents’ design firm when necessary, complete and submit work orders for special requests. Qualifications: 3 years of related experience. H.S. diploma, vocational or college course work in business, marketing or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, business or related field preferred; may be substituted for two of the three years of related experience. Valid Drivers’ License.
