Job DescriptionPosition Administrative Assistant, Human ResourcesDescription Performs a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to Human Resources.
Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources , will provide information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures.
He/She will also prepare various correspondence and memoranda, coordinate activities related to area of assignment, and perform a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment.
Provide administrative support to VP of Human Resources and General Counsel.
Generates correspondence, processes expense reports, and other functions as required Processes pre-employment background reporting and assists with other onboarding tasks as required Prepare reports, memos, and emails using Microsoft Office.
Open, sort and distribute incoming departmental correspondence.
Coordinate meetings schedule webinars and teleconferences with vendors and staff.
Prepare meeting presentations (such as PowerPoint slides) and materials/handouts.
Assist with various reports for HR department.
Review HR documentation and uploading to payroll website.
Attend meetings and transcribe notes/minutes Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however not required Minimum of two-years administrative support experience Administrative experience within human resources required Expertise in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Excellent project management skills Ability to work without supervision Be a team player Additional Information Full-Time, On-Site (Monday
