Provides other various duties including administrative support for sales, service and Director of First Impressions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mail:Pick-up / Drop-off from U.S.

Postal Office on a daily basisProcess incoming mail and distribute as necessaryProcess outgoing mail and drop off at designated Post Office Scanning:Pick-up scanning throughout various locations in officeScan Mail to Employees via front end scanning procedureAccounts Payable:Issue checks on direction of Executive Vice President for the following:Monthly BillsExpense ReportsVendorsFlex Spending reimbursementOther:Provide backup to receptionist support during lunch period and additional time as needed.

Review and forward all faxes during this time.Personal Lines thank you cards: provide monthly expiration list, print monthly address labels, give to Operations Assistant.Prepare Work Comp Claim Kits as neededUpdate Occupational Work Comp Claim Clinics annual by verifying location & phone numberRequest time sheets from hourly employeesAudit employee PTO on employee calendar vs Prism PTO portalMonitor Cameras & Doorbell for delivery’s and guests Monitor de-humidifier in basementUpdate Outlook Address Book in each departmentSupports the values of I-PREACH: Be a team player and assist with other key projects and priorities from other departments as needed.
