In this role, one provides daily administrative tasks to support a specialized function(s) of the organization.Position ResponsibilitiesScheduling meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, including luncheonsDocumenting technical meetings and follow up on action items/commitmentsWorking jointly with project leads to ensure proper information and documentation transfer throughout the life of a projectPreparing and tracking Purchase RequisitionsContacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports, while maintaining confidentialityCoordinates activities between departments and outside partiesWorks on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practiceWork with diverse group of employees to assist on projects as assigned by line managersPlanning company functions and appreciation activitiesOverseeing the work of service/supply vendorsEscorting visitors/contractors through the building in compliance with Security policySpecial projects as assignedBasic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, hands-on, employee facing office environment.
