Job Description:

  • Performs general administrative support tasks for the General Manager for the site as well as Finance and HR dept’s.
  • Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
  • Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking.
  • May perform some research or data analysis tasks as required.
  • Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, business travel or other events and activities.
  • Will coordinate and schedule all meetings for the GM, the leadership team, prepare reports and notes for the leadership team.
  • Additionally, coordinates in conjunction with the HR dept. all employee activities for employee engagement and morale boosters.
  • This may include coming up with ideas, creating initial communication, update TV monitors with information, ordering food, set up/clean up, etc. Some examples but not limited to Volunteer events, Toy and Food Drives, Celebrating Heritage months, Employee Appreciation day, etc.
  • Coordinate Co. travel for GM and Finance and submit expenses through Co. system.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
