– source, attract, and hire top talentRequisition intake with hiring managerAssists in retention and development strategiesUtilize innovative sourcing and selecting strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of top talentRequirements: 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a multi-state, supply chain organizationKnowledge of applicable laws and regulationsAbility to influence, lead change and role model positive behaviors that drive business performanceEffective business partner, communicator and collaborator; passion for developing talentProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointApplicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required; Ultimate Software is preferredIn addition to salary, we offer a benefits package including health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), short
