Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 3:30pm
– 11:00pm, occasional weekendAnswers telephones on or before 3rd ring, relays information, and transfers calls to proper program components.Maintains complete knowledge of the methods, systems and functions of the facility and the work flow relationship to other departments in the facility.Sorts and delivers mail to departments quickly and ensuring mail is signed for by persons picking mail up.Maintains reception area and main desk to ensure tidy appearance.Greets patients, visitors and guests as they enter the building and maintain security by following procedures by having visitors sign the login book and monitoring logbook.Ensures all visitors are given a visitor name tag to wear while on campus.Responds appropriately to emergencies.Provides information regarding services of the company.Ensures Receptionist Desk is monitored always and never unattended Qualifications: Education/Experience:High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.

Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to be capable of dealing with the possible frustrations involved in working within an agency that services individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addictions, who may experience mental health issues.Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.Physical RequirementsAAC is committed to principles of equal opportunities for all employees.
