A large medical group in Northern California is seeking to add Anesthesiologists to their private practice group. The physician-owned practice is made up of over 70 anesthesiologists serving multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers in the area. Each hospital served in the area is a Level II Trauma Center where candidates will preform a variety of cases. On average, the group preforms around 11,000 low and high acuity cases per year between the general and cardiac teams.

- $600,000 – $800,000 +
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000
- Shareholder options (after 2 years)
