In this role you will be greeting and serving our members and guests according to the Club’s quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Take and serve guests orders promptly and according to service manual.
Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
Answer any guests questions about the menu.
Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system.
Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include week days, weekends, holidays and evenings.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Server certifications preferred.
Experience in a fine dining environment a plus.
