The Trademark group, preeminent internationally in strategic trademark counseling and protection, of an AmLaw 100 Law Firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its collegial and supportive team. This position can be based in Mountain View, San Francisco, Santa Monica (CA), Seattle (WA), Washington D.C. or New York (NY) office.
Job Description:
The Trademark Paralegal will be comfortable managing their own docket, be able to work independently and have well-rounded experience, including domestic and foreign filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans. The ideal candidate will be very organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will ideally have 3+ years of trademark experience and a BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
