The ideal candidate will be well-versed with: Conducting public records searches including judgments, litigation, UCC filings, bankruptcy, and seraches of the USPTO and Copyright offices.
Coordinating closings and assisting with post-closing tasks
Reviewing title reports, surveys, and zoning reports
Reviewing corporate organizational documents
