Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working, talented, and passionate individual to join our Pastry team!

Pastry Cook Position Overview

  • Transform high-quality ingredients into delicious pastries and baked goods in accordance with Breadblok s recipes.
  • Measure and mix ingredients to ensure food strictly adheres to standard recipes.
  • Follow and enforce kitchen/bakery hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work to a tight production schedule to produce approved menu items based on daily pars.
  • Observe safety and security procedures.
  • Ensure all final product quality and presentations adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
