Job DescriptionPOSITION: Part-Time Crowd Control DEPARTMENT: Events StaffREPORTS TO: Director of Operations and Manager SummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Part-Time Crowd Control for ASM Global/Sames Auto Arena.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following: Smile, make eye contact, and be courteous Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner Direct customers through the metal detectors and/or scan customers with metal detection wand.
Check customer belongings for unauthorized items Politely inform customers of the event rules if they appear to be in violation (ie/no professional cameras, no food or beverages, no baby carriers) Be on time for your scheduled shift.
Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
