Distribution Team Leader

Job Description Overview You will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategy Lead for RGO, and support the RGO Leadership Team by facilitating team meetings and ensuring follow-through of accepted action items. You understand RGO business priorities, proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team, and tackle special projects as assigned by leadership. You will inspire teams to collaborate by organizing and facilitating meetings across RGO, both in person and remotely. You will own ongoing projects from beginning to end, including gathering requirements, prioritizing the work, building a work system for the team, incorporating feedback and building and executing the plan to ensure that the goals and objectives are met. You are highly collaborative, have experience planning and can build trust across teams. You know how, when and what needs to be done. Success is measured by the effectiveness and satisfaction of our leadership team and customers. You will help RGO deliver value to game teams and players around the world. Responsibilities Create charters for all meetings and collaborations across our RGO LT and customer meetings (including driving agenda, ensuring topics covered thoroughly, driving toward good outcomes) Manage, plan, and track meeting schedules including raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers for the RGO Leadership Team. Provide in-meeting support for meeting facilitation, recording, notes and send follow-up emails to attendees as required. Ensure accepted action items are completed on time. Resolve blockers, manage risks, and ensure adequate communication with stakeholders. With team leaders input, maintain RGO communications plans and distribution lists. Manage the delivery of your assigned projects including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing. Organize and execute RGO leadership team and organization-wide activities (town halls, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) Organize collaboration between Rioters, executives, and partners to handle communication flow Prepare presentations using G-suite Docs, Sheets, and Slides; and complete special projects Required Qualifications BA/BS degree 3 years experience as a Producer, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Coordinator, or similar role. Experience with Google application suite (Gmail, Calendar, docs, etc) Experience working with executive teams and partners Experience facilitating meetings Experience managing projects Familiarity with Agile methodologies Comments for Suppliers: Interview Required: No
