The Client Account Manager is a clinical representative of the company and serves as the key point of contact with assigned Hicuity Health client hospitals.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for establishing and cultivating strategic relationships within assigned accounts, coordinating communications with the client, developing and implementing clinical initiatives to drive performance improvement, and resolve issues that might arise with assigned accounts in a thorough and timely manner.
This is a remote position and the candidate can be located East of the Mississippi River.

Responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital personnel, including ICU, medical teams and hospital leadership.
Work closely with assigned client hospitals to assess performance and implement collaboratively-developed quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and ICU utilization.
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through frequent communication and timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate cross-department communications and functions to drive successful outcomes and service delivery to client accounts.
During implementations, serve as the clinical lead responsible for development of workflows, formulary, and training initiatives, coordinate and deliver training to nurses and ICU staff, and serve as a liaison to clinical teams between Hicuity Health and the client.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reviews designed to communicate both quantitative and qualitative measures of program performance Five years of clinical experience ; ICU setting preferred Minimum two years of experience in an Account Management, Client Relations or similar role Bachelor’s degree required in a clinical field (RN, RT etc).
Advanced degree or certification highly preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to implement and manage change and build consensus in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary to ensure clear, timely and accurate communication with all levels of Hicuity Health staff and client hospital Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills necessary to balance multiple projects and accounts concurrently Clinical knowledge and understanding of ICU operations Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common business-related software Salesforce and Visio experience preferred Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills Travel as necessary; approximately 25%
– 50% This position may be performed remotely within the United States except the State of Colorado.
