Recruiting Coordinator

Our Company: All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview: The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

External Job Description: Helps applicants with hiring process such as pre-employment screening, interviewing, job offer, licensure, reference checks, and screeningsCommunicates available opportunities to current and former employeesParticipates in the development of recruiting collateral to ensure qualified candidates, job announcements, job fairs, and other recruiting approachesImplements policies and practices in recruitment, employment law, and selection strategiesAssists regional Talent Sourcers with on-going staffing needs and collaboration Represents the local branch in job fairs, hiring events, and staffing initiativesMaintains up-to-date personnel, medical, I-9, WOTC, and any other employment recordsCompletes data entry in required employment, payroll, and scheduling tracking systemsCoordinates required trainings, screenings, and certification progress as neededEnsures compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Conducts periodic audits of employee files Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or Associates degree preferredPrevious recruiting experience, preferably in the Health Care sectorAt least one year of office administration and/or Human Resources experience desired Strong technical, time management, and communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and working with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus About our Line of Business: All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate and highly individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy and independence.
