Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team to support our government clients. The Salesforce Technical Architect demonstrates success in understanding business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations.

Job Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Technical Architect supporting Salesforce Projects, you will:
- Demonstrate ability to develop, contribute to and align with the latest Salesforce architecture best practices in relation to client products and Salesforce configuration.
- Support projects by creating high-level architectural specifications, technical solutions and addressing problems of systems integration and implementation.
- Evaluate technical solutions (benefits/drawbacks).
- Collaborate with implementation partners, other intersecting organizations, and client stakeholders on feature requirements, design, limitations, and implementation based on guidelines, standards and controls.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce end users, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations
- Identify and recommend technical recommendations to senior leaders for Salesforce based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
- Provide architecture/ high level design documents.
- Support the development team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Direct experience with Salesforce products and platform and experience implementing end to end Salesforce CRM solutions, Communities, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc. in a single and multi-org environment.
- Minimum two (2) Salesforce certifications
- Experience developing/maintaining/enhancing custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Custom Apex, Platform Events, APIs, CTI Integrations, Mulesoft integrations, etc.
- Experience in recommending and adhering to best practices for Salesforce configuration and custom development.
- Experience with designing architecture which supports continuous integration and DevOps, including managing change across environments, supporting automated quality assurance and quality control.
- Experience in managing and conducting design/code reviews
- Experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org (single and multi-org structures) with 1,000+ users
- Knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Demonstrate understanding of third-party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and ability to document and diagram an end-to-end process.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience working in team-bases delivery environment with agile/scrum methodology.
- Experience providing coaching, technical mentoring, guidance, clarification, and feedback to team members
