Youre an experienced leader and strategic thinker who is excited about helping clients untangle complex problems and develop new solutions. You love big challenges and are ready for a new one.The work:Assess and manage data privacy risks and controls for top-tier financial services organizations globallyManage the implementation of data privacy strategies, frameworks, and capabilities to help clients prepare, adapt, and respond to data privacy incidentsProvide subject matter advisory to the development and implementation of data privacy policies and standards in compliance with regulatory requirementsAdapt existing processes to solve new, complex challengesCollaborate with client and Accenture senior leadership and share your expertise in the decision-making processLead and/or support project teams, share insights, and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process firstIdentify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositionsSupport go-to-market strategies and the design, planning and delivery of offering across market unitsHeres what you need:A Bachelors Degree 5 years of experience in data privacy strategy and / or regulatory change managementA minimum of 3 years of experience in project managementExperience in global data privacy laws such as EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPT) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)Bonus points if:Credentials in the privacy or security domain (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, CISSP)Experience with technology solutions across the data and information lifecycle, from discovery through to disposalExperience with vendor management programsExperience in developing risk and compliance governance framework, policy and standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability in an agile and fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and/or responsibilitiesExperience in Management Consulting focusing on risk and regulatory complianceAdvanced degree is desirableAs required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
