Monterey Park Hospital, located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is a 101 bed acute care community hospital. We are currently recruiting for a LVN for our Surgical Services Unit. This LVN position is a per diem, variable shift position. This LVN position reports to the Clinical Director of Surgical Services. Monterey Park Hospital has provided our community with advanced medical and culturally sensitive healthcare services for over 40 years.New grads are welcome.
The LVN provides care, treatment, counseling and health education to the patient. The LVN is responsible for planning and coordination of care across the continuum.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: One year of acute care hospital experience in Med/Surg or Outpatient Surgery Department preferred.
Required Certification/Registration: Current CA LVN license current BCLS and ACLS required. PALS required or within 2 months upon employment.
Other: Proficiency in both written and oral English.
