POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for driving website traffic, acquiring new client and new opportunity leads, and creating a superior user experience on 1stsource.com.

Works collaboratively with the Sr.

Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, Digital Lead Specialist, and others within the Bank to connect website content and experience, SEO, social media with marketing tactics such as paid digital advertising, paid search, and email.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in several areas including WordPress, webcasts, SEO, SEM, retargeting, content creation, social media, and digital events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Contributes to website and page strategy providing recommendations for optimizations, A/B testing and data analysis Builds and manages website content and implement regular updates and optimization keeping with best practices to ensure exceptional user experience and the best conversion paths for acquisition Coordinates with the Marketing team to create marketing campaigns, converting landing pages for lead generation Develops needed website content with various formats such as blogs, video, etc.

Provides a deep understanding of website metrics including how visitors get to the website, the typical website visitor’s profiles and their behavior Executes Google Analytics & GTM audits and implement recommended changes Provides regular trend and data reporting on website visitor behavior and experiences, analysis of online marketing acquisition strategies, as well as new opportunities.

Co-manages the Bank’s social media messaging strategy with regular content, creating campaigns that support marketing objectives Contributes to social media postings and management of social media accounts Research and tracks competitors’ website strategies Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

Remains educated on digital media technologies and the latest trends Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other marketing & product management duties as assigned.

POSITION COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS Five (5) years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.

Relevant experience including WordPress, SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media, and analytics.

Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and tag manager.

Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and analytically while balancing, prioritizing and delivering excellent results under tight deadlines.

Proven ability to build reports to visualize data to generate actionable insights.

Team player, willing to work closely with the Marketing team on the overall digital strategy and to ensure consistent performance standards are being met.

Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications-related field of study preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel for meetings, projects, or training as needed.

Hours will vary to accommodate after-hours events and social media opportunities.
