Overview: The Service Provider Manager will be key point of contact for all 3rd party maintenance work within one geographic area for 7-Eleven, interfacing with both direct service providers (DSPs) and the field maintenance organization.
The manager will oversee sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and performance management of service providers.
Responsibilities: ?
Take responsibility for all third-party maintenance service providers within their geographic area; beprimary point of contact?
Work with the Strategic Sourcing to find and onboard on new DSPs, balancing competitive costs withhigh service levels?
Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure that new DSPs are brought on efficiently?
Leverage data and analysis to guide negotiations with prospective 3rd party service providers?
Closely work with the field maintenance organization (e.g., AFMs) in managing relationships with thirdparty service providers?
Assist with the management of a vendor prioritization matrix, leveraging this system to efficientlyallocate service provider resources?
Hold regular meetings with service providers to review their performance and resolve any questions orissues?
Collect feedback from field teams on DSP performance?
Provide leadership and support to cross-functional teams within maintenance?
Build sustained and impactful relationships with key service providers Qualifications: EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr DegreeYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 yearsYEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 2 years SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:?
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to research and resolve issues?
Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations?

Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications?
Excellent customer service skills, preferably from prior client relations experience?
