ADP is hiring a Project Manager II, Implementation .

In this position, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.

Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates Direct project timeliness and budgets Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner Work on projects of high complexity QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration At least three years of project management experience Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Professional certification preferred (FPC, CPP, PMP etc.) Technical Training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations.

Possess a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services and tools.

Project and team leadership experience or related experience in a Senior Implementation or Accounting role with resultant product knowledge and increasing application of project leadership skills and strategic management skills.

Demonstrated ability to strategically utilize implementation tools such as Microsoft Office, eStart, National Reporting, etc Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.

Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong track record as a leader, motivator, persuasive communicator, coach counselor and mentor.

Proven utilization of advanced negotiation, client influencing and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrates strong time management, organization and problem-solving skills.

Strong account management skills.

Full understanding of the ADP suite of products and wide industry knowledge.
