Chimney Coffee is a neighborhood cafe in an up-and-coming area of Chinatown Los Angeles. We are looking for a new member for our team to better serve our community – does this sound like it could be you?
What we are looking for in an ideal barista:
– Friendly and knows how to keep a clean working area and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and be a part of the team.
– Be courteous and hard working.
– Food handling is a must – we require a food handler certificate such as ServSafe for the job.
– This job entails side tasks such as washing dishes, sweeping floors, & keeping inventory. If you enjoy making the store and our team around you better, then we’d love to have you join us.
– Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
– Experience working at least 1 year in hospitality is required.
– Experience working in coffee is not required, but is a plus.
