Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a client in the Tech Industry who is currently looking for a motivated Billing Analyst to join their growing team. Seeking a driven individual, the role will be primarily assisting with analyzing data on invoices/billing.
This role is 100% remote
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of invoices and post cash receipts
* Assist with collections of past due invoices
* Respond to internal and external inquiries
* Resolve invoice discrepancies, misapplied payments
* Contribute to monthly aging reports
* Help reconcile data
* Assist in month-end closing
Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of billing experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective communication skills
* Advance excel skills
* Committed to providing high level of customer service and positive attitude
* Must have the ability to meet deadlines
