Job Description:

Happy Returns Return Bars enable in-person returns across the USA. Shoppers bring their online returns without a box or a label to any participating partners where their exchange, refund or store credit is initiated immediately.Main responsibilities include tactical requirements for onboarding both individual and enterprise Return Bar partners, including system setup and supply management. This job will also require independent management of ongoing partner escalations and prompt, creative, and individualized resolution for instore process improvements.

Responsibilities for the Location Operations Specialist include:

  • Own planning and onboarding of new partners, using independent judgment and creative thinking to customize approach for each partner
  • Manage inventory and replenishment of ad hoc supplies
  • Analyze and oversee reporting and work cross-functionally with key departments, to resolve trending operational issues at Return Bars
  • Lead outreach with partners using best practices and solutions to improve instore processes
  • Manage ongoing inbound escalations promptly with Return Bar partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving environment as we continue to grow and scale
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred knowledge about the retail and/or eCommerce industry
  • Preferred experience with iPad management & Mobile Device Management applications
