You are: As the Information Security Lead, you will work closely with the government Information Assurance Manager IAM in implementing Policy on the networks both On Premise and in the Cloud.

The work: As a member of a team of IA professionals responsible for providing policy analysis, information sharing requirements, Certification and Accreditation support for multiple classified and unclassified networks.

Responsible for creating and validating system security requirements, establishing and implementing security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures.

Will conduct technical risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems as well as assess and mitigate system security threats risks throughout the system life cycle.

Responsible for preparing documentation such as Risk Assessment Reports RARs for the ISSM CISO, System Security Plans SSPs , Development of Plan of Action Milestones (POAM) to ensure compliance with Government and DC3 Cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Will assist the ISSM ISSO with the generation of cybersecurity documentation for system hardware and software assessments assess the performance of IA Security controls for assess and authorize and assess only networks.

You have: 18 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience Ability to develop one or more of the following Federal Security frameworks: FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, DIACAP and NIST 800 series and NIST SP 800-53 Experience implementing and validating Security Technical Implementation Guidance STIG for applications One of the following certifications: DOD 8570, 8140 Certification, CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CASP, CAP, Security DoD SCCVI, HBSS, ACAS and CMRS experience Nice to have: Familiarity with DOD network architecture Experience performing system or network administration Experience leading teams Experience interacting with client leadership Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
